£18,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience) (Permanent)
Based in the beautiful countryside of Framlingham, Conrad Consulting are looking to take on a new member to support our ever-growing Head Office team as a Recruitment Consultant. We’re interested in hearing from ambitious individuals who are passionate about sales, hitting and exceeding those targets.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will assist the Civil and Structural sector, recruiting for clients nationwide. You’ll effectively source the best candidates, arrange interviews and use your negotiation skills where appropriate. Ensuring both client and candidate are well-informed with every stage.
We’re looking for hard-working individuals, who will fit well into our positive company culture and offer an honest and flexible approach. Although challenging, the role is highly-rewarding… and you’ll demonstrate the ability to thrive in a consultative environment.
Although no previous experience is needed, we do prefer candidates with a sales background- all levels from junior to experienced are encouraged to apply.

You’ll be entering a warm desk, where the market is increasingly busy. Within your first year, you can be looking to earn commission between £12,000-£15,000 on top of your salary, easily increasing to £20,000 - £25,000 within the second year.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, building relationships and be involved with each stage of the decision-making processes, whilst advising your candidates with your expert knowledge.
