We are looking for a target-driven individual who will be able to add to our upbeat team culture and offer an honest and flexible approach. You'll be highly driven to deliver results and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a consultative environment. You do not necessarily need to have a Recruitment background, but experience within sales is beneficial.

Recruitment consultants can expect to achieve a salary ranging between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum dependant on experience and the opportunity to increase their earnings with an excellent commission scheme paying up to 25%.
About Conrad Consulting:
Consultants in their first year can expect to earn on average £5k - £7k commission (on top of their annual salary). In their second year this can go up to £10k - £20k (for the more motivated consultant this has been seen to go up to £30k).
We run office incentives which includes weekend trips away to European cities, a day at the races, hotel experiences etc. Previous examples of our annual incentives include trips to Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona and Miami including 'upper class' flights with Virgin and a 5* hotel on South Beach.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, building relationships and be involved with each stage of the decision-making processes, whilst advising your candidates with your expert knowledge.
