£20,000 - £26,000 per annum + generous commission (Permanent)

Conrad Consulting are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our team in Edinburgh.

About you:
• Experience recruiting in Construction, Engineering, Property or related is desirable
• Creative candidate attraction strategies
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Genuine desire to know your market inside and out
• Commercial awareness
• You MUST offer an honest & ethical service

Beyond the technical experience you should have a sense of humour, strong work ethic, confidence and be socially dynamic.
About Conrad Consulting:
We have recently posted 122% year-on-year growth (GP) in Edinburgh and have plans to increase headcount by 100% this financial year - we are on track as we have increased headcount by 50% by the end of Q1.
Our office is based centrally on George Street, with a spacious layout, panoramic views over the Firth of Forth and a rooftop terrace overlooking Edinburgh Castle.

Commission is paid monthly between 10% and 25%, examples of which are below;
• £12,500 in GP = £1875 in commission
• £20,000 in GP = £4000 in commission
• £27,500 in GP = £6875 in commission

We offer a quarterly bonus which usually ranges from £300-£400.
We offer flexible/home working for those who need it, extended lunch breaks to use the gym, finish early on a Friday, have free fruit in the office, go on regular social nights (drinks are on us) and shut down over the festive period so you can spend more time with friends and family.
If you aren’t a ‘local’ we will pay for you to travel home to see friends and family once per year and allow you to work remotely for one week, or from one of our regional offices where possible. This way you don’t need to use annual leave to see family!

We run monthly individual incentives which include the chance to win small prizes including dining experiences, vouchers, cash, and more.
We run a quarterly regional office incentive which includes weekend trips away to European cities, a day at the races, spa breaks, luxury hotel experiences, Michelin Star dining etc.
We also run a national incentive – this year is a European city break for the entire company OR a trip to Las Vegas for the entire company.
Previous examples of our annual incentives include trips to Marbella, Barcelona and Miami including ‘upper class’ flights with Virgin and a 5* hotel on South Beach.
Throughout the year we meet with all offices for an activity weekend for our AGM, come together for a Christmas party and complete charity events together.

On offer:

Salary will be dependent on your specific experience and billing capabilities.
As a rough guide:

Recruitment Consultant - £20,000 - £26,000
Senior Consultant - £26,000 -£32,000
Principal Consultant - £32,000 - £38,000 + car/car allowance
