Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a very well established client based in Suffolk who are looking to expand their team by recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to their ranks.
This is a slight dual role where you may be expected to carry out some Estimating works and you will play a vital role in overseeing the projects carried out.
Usual type of works include housing, refurbishments and new build commercial.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who is looking to work their way up the ladder into a managerial position.
