Quantity Surveyor
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (Permanent)

Our client is looking for a reliable, experience Quantity Surveyor to join their team of Construction Professionals. The right candidate will be responsible for helping to estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines for the construction work on a new 5-star hotel in London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantities
* Analyse existing budgets, make improvements and prepare quantity estimates
* Negotiate with various contractors and suppliers
* Value completed work, manage budgets, and oversee payments
* Follow building regulations
* Submit regular budget reports
* Liaise with site managers, contracts, and sub-contractors
* Prepare reports, contracts, and other documents
* Travel from office to various sites as required
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or similar
* Minimum 6/7 years' experience
* Construction estimating or finance experience (advantageous)
* Strong analytical thinking skills
* Ability to organise, plan and strategize
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
