Project Manager (Multi-Disciplined Consultancy) Keen to speak with Project Management professionals with 3-4 years' experience to work on a variety of projects but with a focus on healthcare.
The opportunity is with a medium (200 employees) sized multi-disciplined consultancy in their Central London office. The appointment will likely be at mid-level but will consider Assistant Project Managers (depending on the candidate.)
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
Responsible for assisting Senior Project Managers Assisted with the development of the project management strategy and deliveryEstablishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectManage Risk processes and Value ManagementTracking and documenting changesChairing meetings (Design & Construction)Acting as the single point of contact for the clientPreparing written project communication materialsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsWork with supply chain and implement effective procurementLiaising with the client, contractors and designersResponsible for managing the sub-consultants and Construction ManagersAttending and chairing meetingsSkills & Requirements for the Project Manager:
Possess a track record of delivering healthcare projects (desirable)Be conversant in large project deliveryNEC 3 experienceUnderstand the market, contractors and stakeholders in delivering healthcare projectsBe familiar with supply chainsHave experience of working with healthcare design teamsHave experience of working within an Inter-Disciplinary organisationMust be professionally qualified in Project Management, ideally chartered If you're interested, please get in touch with Guy Dugdale - 0203 854 2963
