Project Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum + benefits (Permanent)

City of London

The opportunity is with a medium (200 employees) sized multi-disciplined consultancy in their Central London office.

Projects: Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Hotel, Leisure, Housing, Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Residential

Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

* Managing projects from £1m - £10m in value independently within the Residential and Healthcare sectors
* Work alongside the lead director on jobs range from around £30m in value
* Undertaking feasibility studies and business case preparations, planning and programme management, risk management, value engineering services and design management

Skills & Requirements for the Project Manager:

* Ideally 2-4 years post degree experience within a consultancy
* Previous Residential and Healthcare projects experience
* Proven experience of running 2-4 jobs independently ranging from £1m - £10m in value
