The Role: My client is looking to appoint a Project Manager within their London building consultancy teams. You will need to be experienced in pre and post contract Project Management and Contract Administration and Employer's Agent roles and duties across the commercial, housing and retail sector and be capable of managing projects.

The award-winning consultancy provide a wide range of services including building consultancy, highways and infrastructure and traffic engineering for private and public clients.

The Client:

Five Offices: Central London, Bristol, Devon (two) and Prague.

Head Count: 146.

Services: Project Management, Construction Management, Principle Designer, Project Recovery, Development Management, Programme Management, Strategic Consulting, Value Management, Design Management, Employers Agent, Contract Administrator, Management Consultancy, and Due Diligence.

Current Sectors: Residential, Retail and Commercial.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Project Manager / Employers Agent:

* Preferably a relevant first degree (or similar) in Quantity Surveying or a post graduate qualification in Quantity Surveying or construction related degree.
* A high standard of numeracy
* Good English written, presentational and spoken communication skills
* A proficiency with MS Office software and Excel in particular
* 3 years relevant previous work experience
* Proven experience with JCT 2011 and 2016 Contracts
