The Role: Working directly in the heritage team, this is brilliant opportunity for any ambitious Senior Project Managers to join a thriving, contemporary consultancy on a variety of projects including; National Trust, Canterbury Cathedral, National Museum of the Royal Navy and Norwich Castle.

The Client:

Progression Route: Trainee - Graduate PM - Assistant PM - Project Manager - Senior PM - Project Director (Operations Team) - Director.

Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified however, my client will consider applicants without as long as they have a genuine ambition to become chartered in the near future. To sit on the board of Operations Team it is compulsory to be MRICS qualified.

Current Sectors: Heritage, Healthcare, Retail, Education and Hospitality - individual teams.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Senior Project Manager:

Heritage experience at a minimum experience with listed buildings
Consultancy OR Client-Side (construction) experience
MRICS qualified OR genuine ambition to become chartered
5 years' experience (minimum)
Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying (ideally)
Personable and confident
