You'll be working for a consultancy which is passionate about their employee's development and progression. They have offices throughout the UK and have grown from strength to strength over the last 10 years and now have 250 employees in the UK. Their Geo-environmental and Geotechnical team in Birmingham is a small team with 6 Engineers, this role would be directly reporting into the Associate Director of Environment. You will be based in their Central Birmingham office, which is less than a 5 minutes' walk away from New Street Station. So as Central as you can get, without being based in the station itself. You will be managing 4 junior Geo-Environmental Engineers and working on a variety of projects, ranging from small scale housing projects to large scale commercial regeneration projects in the local area.

Experience:

* At least 7 years' experience working within the environmental sector as an Environmental Engineer/Consultant
* Experience managing junior Geo-Environmental Engineers
* Experience managing projects
* Ideally chartered or actively working towards chartership
