Due to continued success, Conrad has undergone steady growth in the last 5 years, now operating from 6 regional offices in the UK and offering professional services on a global scale.
To support the recruitment consultancy, administration, accounts and marketing functions within the business, we are looking to appoint an Office Administrator within our Head Office.
Your duties will be varied and could be different day-day, examples of tasks you may be expected to carry out may include, but are not limited to, are:
- Preparing and formatting Candidate CVs
- Resourcing candidates from job boards
- Generating reports within the database
- Where possible, assisting to resolve IT issues by corresponding with service providers.
- Banking & Post
- Assist new starters with basic training
- Welcoming visitors to the office
