Conrad Consulting are delighted to be supporting an independent national construction consultancy in their search for a Graduate Building Surveyor to be based in their vibrant office in outskirts of Leeds. This opportunity presents itself due to continued growth across their Building Surveying division. Please read on for more information.

Responsibilities of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

* Employer's Agent
* Schedules of work
* Contract Administration
* Quality Management
* Part Wall Surveys
* Cost Control
* Site Visits

Requirements of the Graduate Building Surveyor:

* Relevant degree e.g. Building Surveying
* 1-2 years construction experience desirable but not essential
* Desire for career progression and working towards RICS chartership
* Full UK driving license
* Willing to travel to various sites across the UK

On offer for the Graduate Building Surveyor:

* A starting salary of between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience
