Principal Geotechnical Engineer

£52,000 - £58,000 per annum (Permanent)


A multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with global offices are looking for a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join their team based in Central London. Their current workload is plentiful due to having projects both in the UK and overseas, across multiple sectors, therefore are looking to expand their team to meet current demands.

The successful Principal Geotechnical Engineer will be working for a consultancy which is renowned for its superior projects across the globe. Some of their current and past projects consist of HS2, Grand Prix, Dubai Metro…

You will be responsible for overseeing technical delivery on projects both in the UK and overseas. You will be managing and mentoring staff, whilst planning and overseeing forecasting, budgeting and troubleshooting.


* At least 6 Years' experience working within the Geotechnical Design sector
* Highly experienced with Geotechnical software, such as Plaxis, WALLAP, LPile, GPile, DPile, SlopeW, gINT, or equivalent
* Chartered Engineer (ICE)
* Experience working on large scale infrastructure projects
* Experience managing and mentoring junior Geotechnical Engineers


* A highly competitive salary of £52,000- £58,000, dependant on experience
