Environmental Consultant

£24,000 - £30,000 per annum + +private healthcare, wellness contribution (Permanent)


A global consultancy which specialises in providing advice to the real estate sector are looking to expand their London environmental team. Their office is based in Central London, just a stone's throw away from St Pauls station. They're actively expanding in many of their teams due to continued workload & winning a number of new tenders. Their environmental management team in London consists of just over 10 consultants, all providing environmental management on industrial and commercial sites across the UK & overseas.


* You will be looking at phase 1 & 2 investigations, compiling reports on sites & analysing findings.
* You will be liaising directly with banks, real estate developers, corporations & private investors on all environmental related issues, including implementing environmental management plans.
* Working with internal international teams and managing projects


* At least 2+ years of experience working within an environmental consultancy.
* Experience undertaking phase 1 & 2 contaminated land assessments
* Ideally experience of site management or project management
* Competent and confident writing reports & liaising directly with clients


* A competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000, dependant on experience
