Electrical Engineer

Our client is an already established consultancy having just opened a new office in Leicester and looking to build a strong team of M&E Engineers to work on some of their existing projects. This consultancy does a lot of work with the NHS so a large portion their work Is hospital new builds and refurbishments. However, work wont only be limited to hospitals as there is work in the pipeline in varying sectors that will ensure you don't get pigeonholed doing one thing. You will be working underneath the M&E Director and will be expected to work with other disciplines throughput the business.

They are looking for a confident Electrical Engineer that would be keen to take guidance from the Director who is themselves a very experienced Electrical Engineer that still gets stuck into day to day engineering activities. This is a great opportunity to learn from the best and get into a consultancy at its early stages where you will become an integral part of the team and help shape the consultancy's future.

The successful engineer will have a good understanding of electrical systems throughout a number of building types and will have ideally seen a project from start to finish. You will ideally have had some involvement with clients and have a good understanding of a multidisciplinary approach. You will have a passion for the building services industry and keen to grow with the company.

Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:

* Degree in electrical engineering or building services
* Working towards CEng and ideally industry accredited qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years in the building services industry
* Technically capable in design of electrical systems
* Experience in Healthcare sector would be an advantage
* Able to use AutoCAD
