Engineer

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + car / allowance + fuel card (Permanent)

Doncaster, South Yorkshire

Our client are an established, family run, luxury Home Builder with 18 current developments across Yorkshire and the Midlands. They are looking to recruit for an experienced Engineer from a residential background to join their Technical Team.

Their offices are based in Doncaster a stones throw from the A1 so it is ideally located for people travelling in from Leeds, Sheffield, Rotherham and East Yorkshire.

About the role...

Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the Engineer will use their prior knowledge and experience to completely run developments. It's down to you to ensure that all deadlines are met!

You will have responsibility for appointing and managing external consultants to complete road and sewer, foundation, external works and plot drainage designs.

Responsibility for ensuring the above designs are feasible and cost effective.

You will have responsibility for securing technical approval for road and sewer designs and acquiring S38, S104 and S278 agreements.

Ideally you will have previously worked for a developer or in a design role working on residential projects and have MEng, BEng or a HNC in Civil Engineering.

Full driving licence is required.
