Projects: Local Authority, Social Housing, Education and Commercial
Company Headcount: 10 - 20
Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
* MRICS qualified or close to sitting your final assessment
* Proven track record of working on Social Housing and public-sector projects
* Experience of undertaking structural surveys, acquisition inspections, defects analysis, specification writing, contract administration and liaising with relevant authorities
