About the Role
This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager looking to take on his/her first fully fledged Site Manager role. This is a 9 month fixed term contract.
* Supervising and overseeing sub-contractors
* Ensuring that the specifications and requirements are met
* Management of sub-contractors
* Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
* Finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up
About You
* You will be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiatives
* You will have excellent communication skills
* Residential experience
* CSCS Card at Site Manager level
* Valid SMSTS certificate
* Valid First Aid at Work certificate
