Assistant Site Manager
£30,000 - £36,000 per annum (Permanent)
Conrad Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established and award-winning residential house builder. Our client is looking to recruit experienced Assistant Site Managers, on a permanent basis, to join some of their new developments kicking off this year across Edinburgh & the Lothians. This is a period of rapid growth for the company and a great opportunity to assist with seeing a new development from start to handover.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, ambitious and have at least 1 years' proven experience in residential house building as an Assistant Site Manager and the willingness to learn and develop.
It is essential the candidate also has/can demonstrate the following:
* All necessary documents and qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
* Experience of supervising multi trade sites
* Good understanding of house building and current NHBC regulations
* Health & Safety awareness
* Full clean UK driver's license
A recognsed qualification in Construction Management would be advantageous but not essential.
