£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits (Permanent)

Duties of the Asset Surveyor:
* Previous experience within an asset manager / asset surveyor role
* An understanding of the features and functionality of an Asset Management and Document Management System, such as IFS, Meridian
* Document Management Systems experience
* Asset Maintenance Systems experience
* A general understanding of engineering processes policies for asset management and document control
* Prior database management and configuration experience
* Proven track record of data and problem solving skills to develop/build operational and performance based reports
* Experience in interpreting and developing processes, strong analytical and organisational ability.
* Demonstrable track record managing large data and implementing new systems.
