Architectural REVIT Technician

£27,500 - £37,500 per annum (Permanent)


Architectural REVIT Technician required to join one of Manchester's best-known Architectural practices on a full-time, permanent basis.

This studio form part of a national Architectural business that have been established as an AJ100 practice now for many years. Their Manchester office is home to around 20 Architectural professionals and overseen by a commercially astute team of 2 Directors. Also within the studio are some of Manchester's most creative and innovative Architectural minds and this creative ethos is felt throughout the company.

Owing to a recent number of large-scale Residential projects commissioned in the Manchester studio they have an imminent requirement for Technical support. Ideally they are looking for a Mid-Senior level Architectural Technologist; Someone that knows what they're doing and doesn't need supervising every minute of the day. We're open to applications from people with a minimum of 3 or 4 years practical experience, preferably with a good few years of REVIT experience under their belts.

The roles/responsibilities of the Architectural REVT Technician will include:

·Manage projects from early stages.
·Develop ideas with the client to establish brief.
·Prepare feasibility studies and design proposals to the client.
·Produce submitting planning applications, detailed working drawings.
·Work closely with the Contractors and Directors to ensure projects continue to be delivered to a high standard.
·Further develop and enhance the work stream.

The successful applicant will be working on an exciting range of mostly Residential projects. Forecast for 2020/2021 are various large-scale masterplanning, Urban Design and volume housing schemes.

Salary Details: £27,500-£37,500 (A higher salary is available for more experienced applicants).
