If you are an Architectural Technician with over 3 years demonstrable experience within the residential sector who would love to work on significant multi-unit schemes for highly reputable housing developers, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In addition to residential experience, the ideal Architectural Technician will have outstanding technical ability and a great understanding of UK Building Regulations. The company is currently in the process of making a transition from utilising AutoCAD to Revit and so proficiency with Revit is highly desirable whilst AutoCAD proficiency is essential.
The smallest project you are likely to be involved with will be around 50 residential units in number and will increase significantly beyond that. With this in mind, you will preferably have experience of working for developer clients and national house builders.
Architectural Technician Requirements
* Relevant architectural degree qualification is highly desirable
* Minimum of 3 years' UK experience working on multi-unit residential projects
* Experience of working for developer clients and national housebuilders
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Revit proficiency is a desirable
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* The ability to work independently
* A team player and confident communicator
