REVIT Architect

£33,000 - £40,000 per annum (Permanent)

Conrad Consulting in partnership with a leading, AJ100 Architectural practice are looking to recruit an Architect to join a busy studio at an exciting time.

This company have long been established as pioneers within the North-Wests Architecture scene; having won numerous awards locally and across their various studios UK Studios.

The position is to be based strategically from the Manchester office. With a recent, large-scale, Mixed-use scheme being commissioned from here you will be offered the opportunity to assist this project from inception through to completion. Your role here will initially be centred on this scheme; however you will be offered exposure to other projects on both a local and a national scale.

This is one of the many benefits of being associated with a leading AJ100 studio. This initial project comprises various design sectors including: Commercial, Residential & Student Accommodation.

Experience working within these sectors will be viewed upon favourably:

* ARB/RIBA Registered Architect - Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.

* REVIT & AutoCAD experience is essential for this role.

* Commercial, Residential & Student Accommodation experience preferred.

* Ability to meet strict deadlines.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team.

The office is located within easy walking distance of Manchester's central Train stations and offers a welcoming environment in which individuals can thrive. Some flexible/home working will be offered initially. A position here can be whatever you make of it, with progression through to Project Architect/Senior Architect level a real possibility upon successful completion of the current workload.

Salary: £33,000 - £40,000 per annum
