Architect (Healthcare & Commercial projects)

£32,000 - £38,000 per annum (Permanent)

With an existing portfolio encompassing large-scale, Student Accommodation projects, Healthcare facilities (Hospitals, GP Surgeries, Extra-Care facilities), Offices, Retail schemes and everything in between, this is a truly diverse practice. You can and will earn real job satisfaction by working on notable projects across all of the aforementioned sectors. Many of their current team move from sector to sector dependent on where the demand is, and the individuals personal preference at the time. The current requirement is for an Architect to work on Healthcare and Commercial projects.

☑ ARB/RIBA Qualification.
☑ Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
☑ Previous knowledge/experience working on Healthcare or Commercial sector projects.
☑ REVIT experience preferred. AutoCAD will be considered.
☑ Excellent design skills, with portfolio to demonstrate.
☑ Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.

A competitive salary is on offer for the successful candidate between £32,000-£38,000 dependent on your specific experience and suitability to the role.
