Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working alongside a growing Architectural and Interior Design Practice in Bradford West Yorkshire who are seeking to appoint a dedicated Accounts Assistant.
Our Client is a specialist in delivering large commercial projects to clients over a range of industries throughout the UK, and due to a number of new commissions they are now looking to further expand their business. To help with this expansion they are seeking a talented and ambitious Accounts Assistant to help with a range of tasks.
The role will be varied with daily tasks existing of liaising with the client account teams, undertaking VAT returns, fee quotations, chasing outstanding debts, producing reports for the director and payroll on Sage.
The successful Accounts Assistant will:
·Be proficient on Microsoft packages
·Have a working knowledge of Sage 50 accounts, Sage payroll and the Peoples Pension
·Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
·Be able to work as part of a team or independently
·Have some knowledge of the construction industry
On offer to the successful candidate is a Salary in the region of £20,000 - £23,000 based on experience plus a great benefits package.
