I have enjoyed a lengthy career within recruitment, principally within the built environment, spanning nearly 30 years industry experience.
Supporting Conrad as a non executive director, I work in an advisory capacity to Graham and the senior management team, supporting the company’s strategic and geographical growth across the UK. My work also includes providing advice and guidance to Conrad’s recruiters, ensuring they work smarter than the competition, and deliver proactive solutions to both clients and candidates.
I genuinely enjoy being part of this dynamic and progressive business, and playing a small part in its development.
Outside of work, I have a passion for sport. I play, coach and spectate cricket. I am a long suffering season ticket holder at West Ham, and I ski at least twice every winter. My wife and I spend as much spare time as we can travelling, and to date have visited over 70 countries, and have no plans to stop yet. We have two grown up (occasionally!) sons.
