Job role: Recruitment Consultant

Specialism: Civil & Structural

I joined Conrad in early 2019 after spending 10 years working in the Recycling and Environmental industry. During my previous experience I developed many valuable skills such working within a busy team, building long lasting relationships with clients and customers and meeting daily sales targets.
After my wife and I decided to make our dream move from our busy Essex surroundings to the beautiful Suffolk countryside, it was time for me to pursue a long-time ambition of working within the recruitment sector.
Conrad Consulting stood out to me above other companies due to the professionalism and commitment held by all staff members in offering the highest standard possible to their clients and candidates.
Using this opportunity to work alongside some of the best people in the field gives me the focus to be the best consultant I can possibly be. This is achieved by offering top level service and growing long-lasting relationships as I continue to deepen my knowledge of the Civil & Structural sector.
When I’m not in the office I’m out on adventures with my wife, our two young boys and our dog exploring the Suffolk countryside for nice places to eat. I also have a keen interest in the video games industry, which I like to write and create podcasts about.
