I joined Conrad Consulting in July 2016 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Previous to this exciting move I spent twelve years working for a small selection of specialist recruitment businesses mainly specialising in Accounts & Finance recruitment recruiting all positions from junior accounts staff through to senior executive appointments.
I have a great passion for recruitment and thrive on being in a position to help and support candidates & clients achieve their personal, professional and business goals on a daily basis.
At Conrad I specialise in the Construction industry looking after all white collar recruitment. Recruiting in this area gives me the chance to speak to a variety of clients and candidates helping them with all there recruitment needs including in-depth recruitment advice for individual teams, CV and career advice. The positions I tend to recruit for are: Contracts Managers, Project Managers, Build Managers, Construction Directors, Commercial Managers Quantity Surveyors, Estimators, Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers, Finishing Foreman, Document Controller, Materials Schedulers, Construction Planners, Buyers, Procurement, a variety of Trainee and Senior Management positions.
I always provide a tailored and personalised service with an honest approach to all my clients and candidates ensuring they receive the very best experience possible when partnering with me right from the initial phone call through to successful introductions.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. But at the same time I have real passion for carp fishing and can be found on a regular basis sitting around a lake somewhere in the south east or on occasion even in France.
