I joined Conrad Consulting in January 2017 as a Resourcer to work alongside our specialist Consultants within the Architecture division. Prior to joining Conrad, I worked for the NHS Estates and Facilities Recruitment Team and specialised in placing Facilities Management staff into various departments across the hospital campus.
In July 2019 I was promoted to Office Manager and I am now responsible for all Operational and Business Support needs in our Leeds Office. My role includes supporting and training both new and current members of Conrad, such as training them on our database, writing up adverts, formatting CV’s and Management Meeting minute taking. I also work alongside our Marketing Manager on projects including our company wide database migration, the rolling out of GDPR compliance in 2018 and organising company social events.
When not working I enjoy eating and drinking with my family and friends! I am also a member of the Horsforth Harriers - my local running club – and would like to attempt the Leeds Half Marathon in 2020.
