I am a search & selection specialist having started my recruitment career within the European technical market in 2017, before quickly realizing the advancement in technology and the rapid increase in AI & Data. Following this realization, I carved a niche market for myself in the Data Science & AI space in Germany, before replicating this process internationally.
I began to see the crossover of my search skills and the greater need in other industries, so I took these skills to the Construction market, which is the area I currently cover within my role here at Conrad. I work with key players to identify their needs and work to fill the more difficult vacancies and specialist requirements needed at the time.
I believe that a thorough understanding of the requirements and market conditions is what creates successful recruiters. The roles we work to fill are not just typical job descriptions, the needs stem from the gaps within the business, therefore, it may not just be what looks good on paper.
