Eager and passionate about recruiting in the more niche markets, Conrad Consulting appealed to me as it offered an arena to do just this. I joined Conrad in early 2018 as I saw the opportunity to expand my experience and knowledge of the recruitment process whilst learning from highly trained and skilled professionals within the built environment sectors.
I am focused on building relationships with my clients and candidates that goes further than simply just finding jobs and filling vacancies, I aim to offer the best service in market, be easy to communicate with and be recognised as recruitment partner who candidates and clients enjoy doing business with. I take pride in matching the right candidates to the right clients first time.
To do this, I endeavour to be a specialist in my field. I speak to MEP Engineers, MEP Revit & CAD Technicians on a daily basis and like to know about upcoming projects and industry news. When speaking to Engineers & Technicians, I think it’s good to have common ground for relationships to grow and I enjoy being able to consult and offer interesting insights about the MEP Design & Sustainability job market.
I’m always more than happy to engage with my market and offer free advice as I like to be involved with the most important people at any stage of the recruitment process and have a finger on the pulse of market changes.
When I’m not making placements I spend most of my time in the gym or getting tied up in to a human pretzel by the people at my Jujitsu class.
