Job role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (advanced)

Specialism: Geotechnical & Environmental - Nationwide - UK

I have joined Conrad Consulting as a Recruitment Consultant within the Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering sector. Prior to recruitment I spent over five years in marketing and sales in London. My background has enabled me to provide in depth knowledge of different markets and strategies to aid me in my career within recruitment.

I cover Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental engineering, as well as engineering geology, hydrogeology, hydrology, ecology, EIA and Arboricultural Consultants. As well as covering all these sectors, I cover a national remit, allowing me to give my candidates more options all across the country with multiple environmental and multi-disciplinary consultancies and contractors.

My main area of focus is finding the perfect role for our candidates, thoroughly understanding their needs and listening to them, enabling them to find their dream job. Candidate satisfaction is paramount, therefore being very clear and honest from the beginning is always my aim. I pride myself on staying up to date with all environmental issues and news, allowing me to give my candidates the best advice possible.

In my spare time you’ll find me at CrossFit, constantly trying to improve and better my targets. I am a massive foodie, and love exploring new restaurants and trying new food (hence the need for CrossFit).
