I began my career within the recruitment industry in July 2002 when I first moved to Suffolk from Lancashire, initially finding myself temporary work.
Subsequently the consultancy I was working for hired me on a permanent basis within their office as a Branch Administrator. Thus my career within the world of recruitment began!
After a break to bring up my children from 2006 - 2011, I was more than ready to get back to work and joined Conrad Consulting initially as an Administrator, quickly becoming heavily involved in the growth of the Company, finding myself dealing with the demands and needs of the business. I now find myself managing a multitude of tasks as Business Administrator and PA to Director.
My role within Conrad is ever-changing with no one day the same. My main objective is that the office runs smoothly and the consultants are able to work efficiently and effectively.
Whether it is event management to HR related issues, adhering to company Policies and Procedures, reporting and providing a strong support function to the Director - it is all in a day’s work for me at Conrad!
