Job role: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Specialism: Construction Trades & Labour, Driving Logistics - The East of England & Kent

I joined Conrad Consulting in August 2019 to head up the Trades and Labour, and Driving Logistics (HGV) sector, specialising in temporary vacancies.
My previous recruitment experience before Conrad was with national recruitment agencies running successful desks in the driving and logistics sector.
I was attracted to Conrad because of the very progressive nature of the business and the challenge of developing and growing a thriving sector. I thrive on the fast-paced nature of temporary recruitment and the buzz of winning new business.
At Conrad I specialise in the Construction industry looking after all blue collar recruitment. Recruiting in this sector allows me to speak to a variety of clients and candidates to help them with their needs. The positions I tend to recruit for are as follows:

  • Labourers and Skilled Labourers
  • Painters and Decorators
  • 1st Fix, 2nd Fix and Shuttering Carpenters
  • Plasterers and Dryliners
  • Groundworks
  • Bricklayers
  • CPCS 360/180, Dumper and Roller Machine Operators
  • IPAF Operators
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, especially with my two nieces.
My real passion is sport and I’m an avid supporter of Ipswich Town Football Club, I am a season ticket holder of many years and can be found following the team all over the country!
Aside from football I enjoy cricket and played for many years locally but now much prefer to watch with the comfort of a beer or two!
