Specialism: Civil & Structural Engineering - The South of England
I joined Conrad Consulting to recruit within the Civil & Structural Engineering market in January 2017, having previously worked for a market-leading specialist recruitment consultancy.
My recruitment career has always been focussed solely on Civil & Structural Engineering and I have built a strong network of clients and candidates with a professional approach to technical recruitment. Typically the roles, I tend to recruit for are: Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers (Infrastructure, Drainage & Highways), CAD/Revit Technicians, Bridge Engineers and BIM professionals.
Due to continued success in my field, I progressed to Senior Recruitment Consultant level in July 2018. I regularly request feedback from the Civil & Structural Engineering professionals I place in new positions, and clients I work with, to ensure that I am maintaining a specialist recruiter status, in what is becoming a competitive recruitment market.
My approach to the market is based on pragmatism, honesty and transparency above all else and I like to work closely with individuals and companies in order to source the right talent for Engineering Consultancies and Main Contractors.
I like to maintain long-standing professional relationships in order to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction is achieved for both my candidates and clients alike. This not only helps to secure repeat business, but importantly offers the peace of mind that you are working with a knowledgeable consultant that understands your industry as well as your professional needs.
Away from the office, I enjoy running competitively as part of my local club. In May 2018, I ran my second full marathon and have no plans to stop there!
