Prior to joining Conrad Consulting in September 2024, I was an Account Manager working with military and aerospace companies across the world. Managing supply chains, assuring their equipment needs were met and problems were solved in a quick manner. With that being said, I understand the importance of communication and believe one aspect of being a great recruiter requires consistent check-ins with candidates and clients.
I joined the team as a Construction Recruiter and along with my extensive experience communicating with people across the world, I have a decent background in construction. Most of my family is in the construction industry working as Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction Managers, so there isn’t too much time that goes by when construction isn’t discussed on some level. I took a few construction management courses myself but decided I am better fit to guide others on their path in this field instead.
Outside of work I love to exercise; anywhere from hot yoga to playing a recreational sport with friends. I enjoy being by or on the water, soaking up the sun. I also have a Great Dane named Charlie who follows me around like a shadow. He goes with me almost everywhere and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
