Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist required to join a busy practice in Warrington!
Ideally we are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail and with proven REVIT capabilities.
The studio is home to a number of talented Architectural professionals from the local Warrington area and across the North-west. Their business has been continuously growing in order to meet an ever-increasing number of repeat end-user clients. Traditionally projects here fall within the Residential, Industrial and Assisted-living sectors and in recent years the practice has continued to champion the use of REVIT. This is now their preferred software and as they continue to grow they will expect hires to demonstrate good experience with the software or show willingness to learn quickly.
Their current team is at around 7 member of staff, they require additional experience with a solid technical background to join them and assist with the management of numerous projects and continuous development of the company portfolio.
We are looking for either an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist that meets the following criteria:
·To hold a relevant architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND, etc)
·Have a minimum 2 years practical experience.
·Be confident, approachable and well-presented.
·Be able to use REVIT & AutoCAD to a high-standard.
·Excellent Technical & design skills.
