The ideal candidate will be charged with helping provide vision and leadership for the practice, so that it is readily differentiated from its competitors, is a model of excellence and so that it achieves or betters its business plan. It is expected that the successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in engineering, or a related discipline and be a chartered member of a professional institution with experience of running teams on building projects.
