Graham Ventham began his career as a recruitment consultant in 1995. As he gained experience and began specialising in Civil and Structural recruitment, Graham realised the need for a dedicated industry consultancy. As a result, Conrad Consulting was founded in 2001. Today, the company continues to offer recruitment services exclusively to civil and structural consultancies, supplying all levels of high quality personnel on both a permanent and contract basis.
Although Conrad Consulting has grown considerably, Graham remains at the helm as Director and liaises personally with all clients and candidates.
