Our Rates 

Please find below our standard rates of business:

Permanent Fees
Annual remuneration* package £0 - £29,999 -15.0% Fee
Annual remuneration* package £30,000 plus -17.5% Fee

Refund periods:- Month 1 - 100% refund
(time elapsed since start date) Month 2 - 50% refund
Month 3 - 25% refund

* Includes all significant taxable benefits. For company cars, or car allowance a figure of £4,500 is used for this calculation.

Contract Fees
Rates charged for temporary staff are market dependent and are inclusive of Employers National Insurance and Conrad Consulting's liability under the Working Time Regulations 1999.
